Terms and Conditions for the vintage patrol boat named Grenzeloos

1. Introduction

Welcome to Grenzeloos ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our private river cruise services ("Services"). By booking and using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Reservation

- All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by us.

- A non-refundable deposit of $ 500 is required to secure your booking.

2.2 Final Payment

- The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the cruise date. Failure to make the final payment on time may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund of the deposit.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

3.1 Cancellation by You

- Cancellations must be made in writing.

- If you cancel 14 days or more before the cruise date, you will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid, excluding the deposit.

- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the cruise date.

3.2 Cancellation by Us

- We reserve the right to cancel the cruise due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, or mechanical issues.

- In the event of cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Passenger Conduct

4.1 Behavior

- Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and safe manner at all times.

- We reserve the right to remove any passenger who poses a threat to the safety or enjoyment of others without a refund.

4.2 Alcohol and Drugs

- It is strictly forbidden to bring alcohol and illegal drugs on board.

- Alcohol will be provided as part of the cruise packages and consumption is permitted in moderation. Excessive drinking and illegal drug use are strictly prohibited.

- Passengers under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol will be removed from the vessel.

5. Liability and Insurance

5.1 Our Liability

- We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the cruise, except where such loss or damage is caused by our negligence.

5.2 Passenger Responsibility

- Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.

- We recommend that you obtain travel insurance to cover potential risks.

6. Safety Regulations

- All passengers must follow the safety instructions provided by our crew.

- Life jackets and other safety equipment must be used as instructed.

- Tampering with safety equipment is strictly prohibited.

7. Special Requests and Accessibility

7.1 Special Requests

- Special requests (e.g., dietary requirements) must be communicated at the time of booking. We will make every effort to accommodate these requests but cannot guarantee all will be met.
